A place where people line up 6hours for petrol. And when their turn comes...oops....there's not a drop left. A place where there's electricity rationing. So no air-con in the office and don't count on the elevators!
A place of surprises where political upheavals resulted in sudden road closures. But I eventually managed to leave the office and return to the hotel after a few failed attempts!
